The CRL Medium Duty floor‑mounted closer is a shallow‑depth door closer that requires only a 1‑9/16‑inch floor cut‑out, leaving enough floor to support the door weight. Separate valves control closing and latching speeds, and models are available in 90° or 105° hold‑open and no‑hold‑open configurations. A supplied 1/8‑inch collar‑height spindle provides 5/16‑inch clearance from the finished floor, and interchangeable spindles and accessories such as cover plates, pivots and arms are available. With a 264‑pound capacity, this low‑profile closer accommodates doors up to 42 inches wide, includes a 5‑year limited warranty and is UL listed.
